  • Where can I find information on storage room pricing?

    The price of the storage room will depend on the space you need, the centre you want and its location within the facilities. It is best to visit your nearest centre or contact our advisors on 0800 703 100 and we will prepare a quote adapted to your space requirements.

  • How far in advance do I need to rent my storage unit?

    You can rent it on the same day or in advance, depending on availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure the best option for you.

  • What do I need to rent a storage unit?

    You only need a valid identity document and an accepted payment method (credit/debit card or direct debit).

  • How can I rent a storage unit?

    You can rent a storage unit quickly and easily by calling us for free at 0800 703 100, available from Monday to Sunday, or by visiting any of our centers.

  • I need to pay one or more storage unit fees

    Log in to your private customer area and you can pay your storage unit fees directly, update your payment method, or modify your personal details.

  • Can I access my storage unit 24 hours a day?

    Our standard access hours are from 07:00 to 22:00, 365 days a year, but if you need access outside these hours, we have a solution. Request it during the sign-up process or, if you are already a customer, contact your Bluespace advisor.

  • How can I buy packing materials?

    You can purchase all the packing materials you need through our Click & Collect Store. Simply place your order online and pick it up at the Bluespace center nearest to you, or buy everything directly in any of our stores.

  • How do I access my private customer area?

    To access your private customer area at Bluespace, go to https://my.bluespace.eu/, enter your username (registered email address) and password; from there you can check your storage unit and access code, download invoices and contracts, update your payment method, change your code, and manage your fees.

  • I don’t have access to the customer area yet, how can I register?

    If you don’t have access to the Bluespace customer area yet, go to https://my.bluespace.eu/new-user and fill out the form to request your registration; once completed, you will receive your credentials to access your private space, where you can check your storage unit and access code, download invoices and contracts, update your payment method, change your code, and manage your fees.
